All instruments are manufactured to ISO 13485:2016, CE, and cGMP standards. Placing an order does not guarantee stock availability; if an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an expected lead time or a substitute option.
Payment terms are confirmed directly with our export desk after your order is received — by WhatsApp, email, or bank transfer, depending on what works best for your institution.

If an instrument arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Instruments must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return, for hygiene and safety reasons — this does not affect your right to a replacement for a defective item.
